How to setup incoming iPlum calls to flow via voice network instead of data?

How does this feature work?

iPlum provides you a unique feature to use voice network to receive incoming calls without relying on internet data on your mobile device. This gives you high reliability of incoming calls. You can enable or disable this feature any time.

How to enable voice network mode for incoming calls?

  • iPlum App:
    iPlum App || Settings  || Call Mode: Voice Network or Internet Data || Incoming Calls || Use My Voice Network.
    Enter your physical mobile phone number where iPlum app is installed.
    Click "Save  & Set Distinct Ringtone" || Ringtone: Change from default to a new Ringtone || Done.

OR

  • Online web portal:
    Login https://my.iplum.com/
    Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Settings || Call Mode: Incoming Calls (Edit) || Use My Voice Network.
    Enter your physical mobile phone number where iPlum app is installed and save.

How to ensure the unanswered calls go to iPlum voicemail & not personal voicemail in this mode?

I am not seeing the caller's phone number during incoming calls  OR I am seeing my own name for inbound calls instead of calling party?

  1. Please enable "contacts" permission for iPlum app on your iPhone or Android device settings. It is required for correct caller-id management.
  2. Check your device phone book. Make sure there is no contact created with your name & your iPlum number together.
  3. Note: If you are using IVR, there is option in Advanced Settings to choose between "Actual calling number" and "Main account iPlum number".  Please update that selection to "Actual calling number".

Disable voice network mode & instead use wi-fi or carrier data for incoming calls?

If for some reason you need to disable voice network mode for incoming calls:

  • iPlum App:
    iPlum App || Settings  || Call Mode: Voice Network or Internet Data || Incoming Calls || Use My Wi-Fi or Carrier Data.

  • Online web portal: Login https://my.iplum.com/
    Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Settings || Call Mode: Incoming Calls (Edit) || Use My Wi-Fi or Carrier Data

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
