How to setup main iPlum number to route calls to multiple phones or users?
There are two (2) types of configurations available to route main iPlum number to multiple phones or users.

Configurations:
I. Route calls to multiple devices/users using Phone Tree and Extensions.
Use this option when you want to play a welcome auto-attendant greeting for incoming calls and route them to different user phones based on extensions. Each user can call out independently showing outgoing Caller-ID as main iPlum phone number.
II. Route calls to multiple devices/users with Simple Call Forwarding (No Phone Tree and Extensions).
Use this option when you do not want a welcome greeting or extensions for incoming calls. You would simply forward the incoming calls to different phones as a separate business line interface. Each user can call out independently showing outgoing Caller-ID as main iPlum phone number.
I: Route to multiple devices with business line interface using phone tree and extensions.
Summary:
- Setup a master account with main iPlum number and add users with local iPlum number subscription for each user.
- Users will install iPlum app on their devices and login with their distinct login IDs.
- Using this approach when a caller dials your main iPlum number they will hear your welcome auto-attendant greeting.
- They will be presented with option to dial extensions. One extension can ring one device or multiple devices.
- All users can make & receive calls simultaneously.
Steps:
- Login https://my.iplum.com.
- Get a new main iPlum number or port-in your existing phone number into iPlum.
- Add additional members : Click "Add New User (Phone/Fax)". Create a user login-id with physical mobile phone number or an email address. Landline or virtual numbers not allowed when creating a user.
The user will receive a link via phone text or email. Once they clicks the link, it will require them to enter a new password. The user is now connected to the master account and you will see them in "Users" section.
Get iPlum number for the user: In the Dashboard || Users section, select the new user setup above, click "Get iPlum Number" to setup a new iPlum number for this user.
Caller-ID update:Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Profile & Permissions || Caller ID || Toggle to Primary iPlum number and Save it.
Voice network mode for best call reliability:
Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Settings || Call Mode: Outgoing Calls (Edit) || Use My Voice Network || Enter the external phone number and save.
Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Settings || Call Mode: Incoming Calls (Edit) || Use My Voice Network || Enter the external phone number and save.
Note: Voice network mode maintains iPlum Caller-ID for all iPlum calls.
- Phone Tree setup: Click Phone Tree with Extensions icon and enable it.
Follow prompts to setup phone tree using examples.
- Type auto attendant greeting for text to life like speech.
- Create extensions & link them to each iPlum phone number which you have setup in previous step or external phone numbers.
- Add multiple users to an extension to ring Sequentially or Simultaneously.
II: Route calls to multiple devices/users with simple call forwarding (no phone tree and extensions).
Summary:
Steps:
- Login https://my.iplum.com .
- Get a new iPlum main number or port-in your existing number into iPlum.

Get iPlum number: Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User|| Get iPlum Number to setup a new iPlum number for this additional line.
Caller-ID update: Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User|| Profile & Permissions || Caller ID Number || Toggle to Primary iPlum number and Save it. - Repeat above step for all users.
- Set Call Forwarding : Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Settings || Call Forwarding (Edit) || Enable it || Enter main iPlum # and user's iPlum numbers created in above steps and Save it.
- You can choose to Display Incoming Caller ID to be "Actual Calling Number" or "iPlum Number".
- Note: If you have more than three users, you can create a tree structure to forward calls to any number of users.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
