Where to get your BAA for HIPAA Compliance?

1. Login to your iPlum online account https://my.iplum.com.
2. Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User
3. Click action: “HIPAA Compliance”. It will take you to the prerequisites step by step.

How many lines do I need for my company?

Normally for call/text you will need phone line plans equal to number of users in your company. For fax service you will need only 1 fax line plan across all users in the company.

Phone line pricing for HIPAA compliance (A + B + C)?

Each iPlum number in your account gets its own BAA. BAA is valid for one year and auto-renews annually in your account when you maintain the prerequisite plans.
