How to setup a fax line, send and receive faxes?

A) Setup: I have an existing iPlum phone line account.

I. New fax line

• Login iPlum portal   https://my.iplum.com/.
• Click:  Dashboard || Users || Add New User (Phone/Fax).   Use an email address to setup a new user which will be used for setting up fax.
•  Once the user is created, click: Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Get iPlum Number
  (Make sure to select the fax plan when prompted).

II. Port an existing fax number

• Login iPlum portal   https://my.iplum.com/.
• Click:  Dashboard || Users || Add New User (Phone/Fax).   Use an email address to setup a new user which will be used for setting up fax.
•  Once the user is created, click: Port Number || Port-In form
  (Make sure to select the fax plan when prompted).

B) Setup: I do not have an existing iPlum account.

I. New fax line

• Go to https://iplum.com/.
• Click “Sign in” at top right corner.
• Under New Account Setup on left screen, click white button “Get New Number”
• Search the number you want and select the fax plan to complete the purchase.

II. Port an existing fax number

• Go to https://iplum.com/.
• Click “Sign in” at top right corner.
• Under New Account Setup on left screen, click white button “Port Existing Number”
• Follow the prompts to create an account, fill the port form and select the fax plan to complete the purchase.

C) How to send and receive faxes using iPlum?

I. Sending fax

• Go to https://my.iplum.com/.
• Existing user login.
• In the left menu bar, you will see "Fax" option.
• Select tab "SEND" to initiate your fax.
• Enter the fax number and attach the file you want to fax.  You can select a cover sheet if you would like.

II. Receiving fax

• You will get an email when there is a fax waiting for you.
• Go to https://my.iplum.com/.
• Existing user login.
• In the left menu bar, you will see "Fax" option.
• Select tab "RECEIVED" to download your fax.
