How to port a number into iPlum?

The number you are porting into iPlum should be an active working number at your existing provider. During the port process the number will continue to work at your existing provider. There is no service disruption. When the port process gets completed you will get an email alert. At that time the number will stop working at your existing provider and it will start working at iPlum.

1. Porting your first number to iPlum.

2. Porting additional numbers to iPlum.

1. Porting your first number to iPlum

Important: When you start the porting process at iPlum portal, it will first check the porting number eligibility and then it will prompt you to setup an iPlum account using your physical mobile phone number (which will also become your login-id). You will receive the verification code on this physical number. This physical mobile phone number should be different from your porting number.

iPlum is generally setup as 2nd line on your personal phone.  If you have only one mobile number and you want to port that number into iPlum, we recommend that after porting gets completed, you contact your carrier to get a new number for your personal phone.

If you are located international and want to port your US/Canada number to iPlum, you will use your international phone number as login ID.

Steps:

  1. Go to https://my.iplum.com and select button "Port Existing Number".
    Note:
If you have already opened an iPlum account, you can login and click "Port Number" and complete the process.
  2. The portal will walk you through the process of setting up an account & the porting process. You can port any type number to iPlum: local, toll-free, US, Canada, physical or virtual number.  If you are porting a virtual number from Google Voice, Google Fi, Sideline, Smartline etc, please unlock it with them before porting it into iPlum.  You can email us for instructions to unlock number at each vendor. Traditional carriers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Spectrum, Bell (Canada), Rogers (Canada), Telus (Canada) etc do not require unlocking before porting in most cases.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
