How to change voicemail settings: ringing time, voicemail to email alerts, transcriptions, size?

Voicemail Settings

Login iPlum portal https://my.iplum.com/.

 Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Settings || Voicemail. Click SETTINGS tab.

  • Voicemail: Use the toggle switch to enable or disable voicemail on your iPlum line.
  • Voicemail Transcription Plan: The default voicemail has 15 voicemail storage capacity with no transcription.  You can get enhanced voicemail plan for $4.99/mo with larger capacity of 100 voicemail storage and audio to text transcription services.
  • Ringing Time: Select either 15 or 20 seconds.  If you want to send calls directly to voicemail without ringing, select "Do Not Disturb".
  • Voicemail To Email Alerts: Toggle ON if you want to receive alerts for voicemails.
    Note: Check the box if you want to exclude calling number in email alerts for privacy and security compliance.
    Note: Check the box if you have purchased Enhanced Voicemail plan but you want to exclude audio file and transcription in email alerts for privacy and security compliance.
  • Set Additional Emails For Voicemail Alerts: Enter additional emails to send voicemail alerts separated by semicolon.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
