How to record auto-attendant greeting for Phone Tree (IVR)?
Important:Please note that the Phone-Tree greeting is different than the Voicemail greeting.
Phone-Tree greeting is configured in the iPlum portal only.

A. Text to Speech Audio (Free)
Your iPlum mobile phone system IVR / Auto-Attendant comes with text to life-like speech service to create your main welcome greeting and announcements free of charge.
B. Record Audio in Your Own Voice (Free)
You can record auto-attendant main welcome greeting and announcements free of charge in your own voice.
C. Send Custom Sound File ($20 /file)
- Setup Phone Tree with some temporary greetings and extensions.
Configure your phone tree with temporary greetings. You can leave the phone tree in pause mode. When you send us the audio file, we will replace it with your custom audio file and then you can enable the phone tree. - Record MP3 file format with high volume.
It is a good practice to keep your auto-attendant greeting to 30 seconds or less.
Note:There are many online companies like Fiverr (no association with iPlum) which has sellers who will record a professional greeting file for as low as $5.
Note: File size should not exceed 1 MB. - Send your audio file to "support@iplum.com". In the email subject enter "Phone Tree Auto Attendant Greeting for iPlum # XXXX" (replace XXXX with your iPlum number). In the body of email paste the transaction-ID or receipt # or attach your PayPal payment receipt. If your audio files are related to announcements, please put that information in the email body. Don't forget to attach your audio file. You will get a confirmation email after our team has uploaded your custom greeting in your account.
- Payment: There is a $20 charge to digitally sign and upload custom audio file in your iPlum account.
Note: If you have multiple audio files to be uploaded, you can refresh the page and make multiple $20 payments.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
